Payment is kindly requested 24 hours in advance of your session, to the bank details supplied in your counselling contract, which will be sent to you before your counselling commences.

24 hours 'cancellation of session' notification is kindly requested - less than 24 hours notification, excluding unforeseen circumstances, will result in the full session fee being owed.
